Our Building and Apartments are rated A+ by the BBB of Chicago. Our family has been operating rental apartment buildings in Chicago since 1924. We provide temporary and permanent apartments to all kinds of tenants. We have worked with Universities, Consulates, and Companies, both large and small, domestic and international.

Both our Manager and Head Engineer live in the building and are on twenty-four hour call. In addition, we have a twenty-four hour Front Desk.
