The business was started with a simple idea of bringing gramma Brienzo's Italian pizza ideas to life. It started with a mobile pizza oven that was taken all over Central IL and since has grown to a full brick and mortar location.

We are Central IL premier wood fired pizzeria specializing in neopolitan style pizza. Recently voted as having top 10 pizza in all of IL (excluding Chicago). Also recently featured in Pizza Today Magazine.
