Lawrenceville High School
Lawrenceville High School, formerly known as Lawrence Township High School, is an educational institution that serves students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes reading, English, math, industrial arts, science, social studies, music, Spanish, French, and health and physical education. The school also provides special education classes, as well as has a guidance department. Lawrenceville High School offers opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, wrestling, tennis, football, golf, cross-country, softball and volleyball. The school additionally conducts parent-teacher conferences. It supports the National Honor Society and a student council. It has a library that provides a variety of reference materials, encyclopedias and periodicals. The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Lawrenceville High School is a part of Community Unit School District 20, which operates an elementary, junior high and high school.
