I most often utilize a psychodynamic and insight-oriented approach informed by cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness principles, although it is my belief that the therapeutic relationship, the alliance between therapist and client, is far more important than which particular theoretical model is being employed. I work with both individuals and couples, and also offer psychotherapy groups.
