Blowfish Contemporary Sushi Restaurant established in March 2015, and opened its door to Edgewater and Andersonville neighborhood. Blowfish Restaurant is the brainchild of sushi chefs Puje and Tuvshin Sukh (also known as the Sukh brothers). With modern and traditional cooking techniques, the Sukh brothers will create an mind blowing dinner experience that you will come back for over and over again. Also, Sukh brothers continue the philosophy of chef driven concepts focusing on tightly executed cuisine and highly personal service.
