History
Prior to Artisan Specialty Foods hitting the map we were called Specialty Meat & Game, devoting ourselves to offering the best game meat cuts and seafood selections. As we saw the need arise for more diverse high end food products we expanded our offerings to salts and spices, exotic cheese, rich balsamics and vinegars, condiments and more. In 2004 we made the switch from Specialty Meat & Game to Artisan Specialty Foods. Since then we have put forth our best efforts to offer a wide range of world food ingredients that Chefs from all culinary backgrounds can appreciate. As of 2016 we have expanded our desire to offer the best by launching our Farm-to-Table program called AFarm-to-Table. This program sources locally usually within a moderate mile traveling radius to get fresh produce, dairy, seafood and game meat. This program really captures what Artisanal delicacies are all about by getting back to the basics of food.
