She has taken her hands-on experiences as a mother of two children, Professional Nanny and Childcare Coordinator for the five-star American Club in Kohler, WI and blended it with her entrepreneurial spirit and love for children to develop her own successful business. Her satisfied clientele inspired her to expand the organization's placement services to include a variety of other domestic staffing positions such as mother's helpers, household managers, infant /newborn care specialists and housekeepers. Mrs. Kinder's depth of understanding in this industry on the business side and the
