The building is comprised of two towers, East and West, which have 30 floors each. The building's many amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, a sun deck with tables, chairs and gas grills, an exercise room with weights and machines, a conference room, laundry room and on-premises dry cleaner, bike storage areas, storage lockers and self-park and valet garages. The building is located directly across the street from Lincoln Park and offers unobstructed views of Lake Michigan, Lincoln Park and the city of Chicago.
