Transitions-Hypnotherapy offers a wide array of guidance and consultation on areas that include, Body Image, confidence, self-esteem, freedom from shyness or public speaking, grief and loss for individuals experiencing emotional, psychological and social reactions. We work with groups of 4-8 individuals in the privacy of their homes to help those that are often confronted with a myriad of losses, challenges and countless transitions. The closed group settings serve a dual purpose, they encourage each other's to be successful therefore, and they gain personal successes.
