Bistro area that includes a full-service coffee bar with creamers, syrups and teas. We host events here 2-3 times a week that are free!

Tavern style game room with a ping pong table, shuffleboard, billiards table, and poker table. Residents can rent out this space for FREE!

FREE stand up tanning beds that residents can use during our office hours with a valid ID.

Private bedroom suite includes a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

We offer free parking to all residents. Residents are able to buy a reserved pass so that they can park directly in front of their building.
