HistoryFounded in 2001, Kayak Coeur d'Alene was originally started by Chip and Ginger Dalvini as an outfitting company doing guided tours on Lake Coeur d'Alene. They later opened a retail store offering kayak sales along with rentals, and lessons. In 2022 they retired and sold the Kayak CdA rental business to Paul and Stephanie Brown. Paul and Stephanie are Veterans of the US Air Force and have been longtime residents of the area. They are outdoor enthusiasts, spending countless hours on the lakes and rivers of North Idaho and Eastern Washington, along with the epic hiking and biking trails throughout the region. They are looking forward to helping people from around the world, as well as local area guests, enjoy the incredible recreation opportunity on the water of North Idaho by servicing their paddling equipment needs.
