We function as a hybrid organization, halfway between an advertising agency and a production studio in that we develop creative concepts and marketing messages and produce the resulting content in-house. But we let our clients do the media buying, freeing them to negotiate their own deals with the media and allowing us to run with less overhead. Most importantly, this model has opened doors to great synergistic relationships with agencies who would otherwise be our competitors.
