History

Dr. Pellant and Dr. Loveland formed Summit Family Health in Jan. 2017 after being employed by St. Lukes for a number of years. They wanted to practice full spectrum family medicine in a private practice setting.

Specialties

We are a full spectrum family medicine clinic with non-surgical orthopedic and sports medicine management. We have exceptional front desk and nursing staff. Our providers listen to our patients and develop a plan with them.
