Business was conceptualized in 2010 and opened its doors on Feb. 21, 2011. Fork has continued to evolve through seasonal menu changes, establishing great relationships/partnerships with local growers and producers as we reinforce our mantra of 'Loyal To Local.'

Fork offers American cuisine inspired from the great Northwest region made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients - from Idaho Trout to the best fresh produce in the state. 75% of our beer, spirits and wine come from the great Northwest region. Fork features hand-crafted & locally-inspired cocktails, an award winning selection of wine (awarded from the Wine Spectator) including many local wines from the Snake River Valley. Fork also offers an exquisite number of craft beers available on tap. Fork is open for lunch and dinner daily and brunch on Saturday and Sundays. Fork's level of service and hospitality can't be matched. We've painstakingly restored and updated one of Boise's oldest downtown landmarks into a comfortable, relaxed dining room. Local artisans used reclaimed or recycled materials to craft elements like our tables and glasses.
