Chef and I went down with the ship during COVID-19. The Owners decided keeping the business had a bleak future. Chef and I agreed not to quit and start our own business no matter what circumstances Covid or a pandemic presented. Hard work, perseverance, trust and experience prevailed with the birth of Tlacuaches 808. Not once have we looked back, only keeping our sights on the future. We constantly strive to be better and do better. We take pride in bringing 100% effort every day to give the best quality food and service we possibly can.
