Electrical tape is not the best method to patch leaking pipes.

Wooden pier in crawlspace heavily moisture damaged.

Attic rafter completely chewed up by termites.

Gutter so full of dirt it has become a planter!

Improper flex-pipe used in drain line... also water does not flow uphill.

Insulation on "knob and tube" wiring is so heavily deteriorated that meter picks up electric field over 2" away from wires.
