Got a love the Minit Stop....Especially this one that is open so late - on a Sunday night - way out here in the country. Gas was priced less than in Kailua town and they have great fried chicken...

Great place to stop for food. I am here at least once a week to get Fried Chicken and Potato wedges for dinner. I will say that they have some excellent employees you will feel very well taken...

Great fried chicken. Sometimes they have crispy chicken skin with the vinegar sauce! Haven't tried the plate lunches but will on my next trip! Love Priscilla Santiago!

All I have to say when in the islands is the gas station food is different than the mainland. They serve fried chicken and it's good.
