Brisket Plate, Texas style. Served on a bed of rice or sliced white bread, and your choice of sides.

Smoked pork butt for pulled pork aka kalua. An incredible bark, smoky, fatty satisfying goodness.

Tender, Juicy Brisket packed with flavor!

We use USDA certified Prime beef or better for our brisket.

Started February of 2020. The next month, Covid-19 shut down the world. With community support in 2021 we purchased a small bus. Outfitting it in-house, we got our Green Placard April of 2021. We look forward to serving more of you this year.
