History
We started roasting with the air roaster (Sivetz) in 1990. Planted the lower field and bought a drum roaster (Probat) in 1994. In 1998 the upper field was planted and the new dry mill was built. In 2007 we planted an additional 12 acres of coffee on the top field. All together there's approximately 28 acres of organic Kona coffee.
Specialties
We are a certified organic farm that specializes in custom coffee roasting and milling services. Besides roasting for ourselves, we do custom coffee roasting for approximately 250 farmers. We are currently doing roasting tours and have coffee samples for a small fee.
