I help people who have pain that prevents them from being active. They may have physical injuries such as back issues or shoulder pain, and feel exhausted and frustrated that they're not getting better. My clients are often highly educated and value learning, being in the outdoors, spending time with their families, and going on vacation. I offer one-on-one support that includes pilates instruction, yoga therapy and kettlebell training. I listen to them and understand what's hurting, then design an exercise and wellness program to help them get stronger, move smarter, and feel better. I also offer personalized meal prep and culinary experiences. I cook gluten-free and dairy-free meals, from vegan to paleo. From working as a volunteer at the San Francisco's Zen Center Kitchen, creating mindful dinner experiences, to designing meals for families and retreat centers with different diets (ex. paleo, AIP, to low FODMAP diets), I have enjoyed creating foods that support nourishing the mind, body, and heart.
