We wanted to bring yoga to downtown VALDOSTA and allow this community of yogis to expand in this unique historic old building.

Welcome to Yoga Central! We are located inside the beautiful Art & Soul deep in the heart of Historic downtown and mobile locations around Valdosta Georgia. Certified teachers and all levels welcome from Beginners to Advanced. We offer Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, De-Stress Yoga and Power Flow integrated with music. Multi-Level classes offered where use of modifications is demonstrated. Special events such as GloFlow, Free Yoga for Veterans, Family Yoga and Yoga on the Square pop up on a rotating schedule.
