The Rocksprings Park and Community Center is one of 18 facility sites that Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services offers its citizens. Class offerings here change several times a year. Recent programs include Sole Mates (a walking group), Tai Chi classes and beginner ceramics. There are ongoing monthly activities such as Senior Bingo the third Tuesday of each month. You'll also find very special one-time-only offerings such as the center's cook-off entitled "So You Think You Can Cook?" How do you participate? You must register for activities at Rocksprings Park and Community Center onsite, unless otherwise noted. Online registration is not available. Leisure Services publishes a program guide several times a year, available around town and online in PDF form.
