History

Urban Currents started off as a Non-Profit with the mission to teach socio-economically challenged youth to kayak whitewater for free in 2007. I got down sized in 2009 and went into business as Urban Currents Atlanta LLC. Urban Currents tries to open the Chattahoochee River to the entire community and stays true to the mission statement:
