Chef Tomohiro Naito has been serving traditional Japanese cuisine with Italian and French influence for close to six years in the Vinings area. TOMO is now located in the same building as the Ritz Carlton Residences. Tomo continues to chase his dream of becoming the best sushi chef in the world. He flies fish in from the Tsujiki market twice a week and sources ingredients locally when possible. Much of his menu utilizes sustainable ingredients where possible. Freshness and quality are expected and TOMO's dishes embody all the the traits of Japanese cuisine. Dishes have clarity of flavor and explore the yin and yang of flavor combinations; hard-soft, bitter-sweet and everything in between. It is an experience unlike any in Atlanta.
