After 26 years in business, CBSI had grown from nothing to almost 700 accounts with little more than word of mouth advertising. Customer referrals actually account for 90% of CBSI's accounts today. In 2011, CBSI was acquired by Jeff Anderson, Caroline's son-in-law.
