While on a fishing trip in the Summer of 2014 owner Chad Smith & his friends were arguing about whether to eat Barbeque or Mexican when they got back to the main land. The argument inspired the idea behind what we now know as Rednexican-a fusion of Southern style with a south of the border twist.
