Leaking Ceiling that has been ignored for 3 months

water leaked out of my light onto my floor and flooded the floor. this was ignored for an entire day.

I lived here a couple of years ago. The office staff had a lot of turnover which made it difficult to feel connected. The apartments were awesome. I really loved the physical apartment layout.....
