Here is the broken lid so I can't secure the trash. Of course it's hot outside so you know what that means!

Supposed to pick it up Wednesday and it's now Saturday. The lid broke off the container. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

Lid broke off after only a year. It took three months to get this old container.

Going on the second week and no trash pick up!

This company is fucking HORRIBLE!!! There resolution is always if u have extra trash put it out with next week's and we'll pick it up... We pay our bill with no problem so do your fucking jobs....
