I work with small-to-medium businesses (companies with between 20 and 200 employees) to establish a benefits game plan tailored to their needs and budget. Using my customer service expertise, communication skills, and knowledge of the industry, I work to provide a package of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits that fits your unique company. I listen with empathy to the questions and concerns raised by my clients, creatively solve problems that arise, and advocate for my customers when there are challenges. I serve seniors by educating them on, and helping them to navigate through, the complex and confusing world of Medicare. Knowing the importance of both providing needed care and saving money, I work to help them make the best choices for themselves, and yearly, I review their plans with these priorities in mind. I also guide individuals in making wise and cost-conscious decisions regarding their health, life, disability, dental, and long-term care insurance needs. With all of my customers--whom I see as friends--I seek to follow the Golden Rule, upholding their dignity and respecting their wishes. Oh, and I try to do all that I do keeping a good sense of humor!
