Very unfortunate. This was supposed to be a balayage and natural look. 1.5 inches of highlights to my root that are brassy. Unacceptable.

Brassy brassy and more brassy after one wash.

Not even sure what she could have been thinking with this. Perhaps she forgot the sides? Looks something aweful when it's dry.
