Toward the back of Peachtree Battle Plaza, Richards Variety Store is a family-friendly emporium. There are lots of toys, sewing supplies, housewares, books and lots of random cool stuff -- example, the Fist Mug, with a handle made of four knuckle rings. The atmosphere is classic mom-and-pop shop.
