The local Radio Shack was the first to open in Atlanta and sells various electronics including cell phones, stereos, speakers, cable wires, electronic toys and a limited selection of laptops. No need to go to the big cell phone company stores as the chain offers plan activations for AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile.
