Used cars is the primary business of Quality First. But several mechanics work behind the shop to provide general auto maintenance work — oil changes, tire changes and rotation, battery replacement and the like. Quality First is located along a strip of Covington Highway dominated by used tire, used auto sales and auto repair businesses. There is also a location on Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker.
