The pest extermination company was founded by Jerry Durham in 1987 in the small town of Grayson, GA. Over the years he became Grayson's Pest Exterminator. In 2013, Jerry Durham retired and sold the business to his sons. In 2014, Pest Management Services became Pest Management Services, LLC. PMS now provides Pest Control and Termite service to the grandchildren and great grandchildren of his original customers along with the rest of the Metro Atlanta area.
