The owner of Perrisparkle Cleaning, Perry Phillips is a veteren of the home cleaning industry. He started his first home cleaning company 19 years ago. He went on to found the only memberbased owner's association to represent the industry, ARCSI. Perry is excited to be back in the front lines of running and growing a home cleaning business.
