Otwell Middle School has an annual enrolment of more than 1,000 students in grades six through eight. It provides membership for various clubs and organizations, including academic bowl, advanced chorus, equestrian team, robotics and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Otwell Middle School organizes a range of athletic activities that include basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, baseball, softball, cheerleading, and track and field.
