This church offers two services on Sunday mornings in contemporary worship atmosphere with a live band that plays contemporary worship music. The congregation is quite large as its main auditorium can sit 750 members. It offers a service for every age group including special services for high school and elementary school children.

Cobb Vineyard Church

If you enjoy short Sunday services, this is the church for you. The congregation meets twice on Sundays, and it is always looking to welcome new members. Childcare services are available for parents, and there is Bible study and other group meetings held during the week.

Mount Olivet Baptist is located on Acworth Due West Road about a mile south of the intersection with Cobb Parkway. Originally established in 1835, the church is one of the oldest in the Acworth area. Michael A. Smith is the church's pastor, and he handles the majority of the Sunday preaching. The church has a main building with a steeple and an additional building in the rear that houses the church's fellowship and dining facilities.
