Naturally Fresh produces dressings, sauces, marinades, dips, oils and vinegars. The company has distribution centers located throughout the United States. They serve retailers, restaurants, broad-line distributors, custom distributors and flight kitchens. The company s production plant comprises 17 modern packaging lines, nine of which are dedicated to packing portion control cups, and packs more than 250 million cups per year through the use of robotic packers. To better fit the needs of all of its customers, Naturally Fresh s packaging options range from 3/4-ounce cups to 16-ounce retail jars to gallon foodservice containers all the way up to 2,500-pound totes. In 1966 Atlanta-based Eastern Foods opened with a $10,000 investment, a handful of employees and a 4,000-square-foot warehouse. The company was known as Eastern Foods until 2002, when it was renamed Naturally Fresh.
