My Boy is a restaurant opened in 2010 by Athens native Xavier Walker. It specializes in seafood including snow crab legs and fried shrimp, chicken wings, hot dogs and sandwiches. My Boy opens its doors Thursday through Sunday and is available for rent to private groups during times outside regular business hours. The seating area is quite spacious with the capacity to accommodate several dozen and standing-room to accommodate even more. Original artwork is painted on the walls, giving a unique, neighborhood feel. My Boy gives off a welcoming vibe, a place where one might sit a while and catch up with old friends over a beer.
