Founded in 1993, Banks & Stubbs is one of the oldest litigation firms in North Georgia with over 90 years of combined experience between its 4 attorneys. We specialize in criminal defense and family law.
Specialties
After attending North Georgia College & State University, followed by Law School at the University of Memphis, Tracy Ann Moore returned to the North Georgia area to practice law. She has been with the firm of Banks & Stubbs since graduating law school in 2002. Her practice focuses on family law matters including divorce, child custody matters, child support issues and protective orders. She is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a mediator and arbitrator in the areas of civil litigation, domestic relations and domestic violence. She is on the Ninth District list of approved mediators and is qualified to serve as a Guardian ad Litem to the Forsyth County Superior Courts.
