Middle Flint Behavioral HealthCare is a public service agency that provides treatment, consultation, education and support services to individuals with addictive, emotional, behavioral and developmental issues. It offers counseling, crisis intervention, outpatient psychiatric care, ambulatory detoxification, community housing and community outreach services. The agency serves the residents of Crisp, Dooly, Macon, Marion, Schley, Sumter, Taylor and Webster counties in Georgia. Middle Flint Behavioral HealthCare also maintains a 24-hour help line that provides emergency services through a mental health professional. It operates various service units that are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The agency maintains more than 30 service sites and offers support to over 3,000 individuals and families every month. Middle Flint Behavioral HealthCare maintains a location in Cordele, Ga.
