HistoryFamily owned and operated since 1942 by the Watson Family. Gardner and Laura May Watson were the original owners. Gardner was a Funeral Director and Embalmer. Laura May was the first female Funeral Director in the state of Georgia. Riley Hunt joined the business as a licensed Funeral Director. Their son, Draper Watson, became a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in 1971.
