We are proud of our piping fabrication facility, which has one of the best welding personnel in our business. Because of this they are able to accommodate both fast track and normal scheduled projects, which allows us to minimize our field forces. We also fabricate steel and specialize in the design and fabrication of custom manufactured skids and modules to meet the everyday needs of a variety of industrial facilities and process industries. Certified welders perform all work in accordance with ASME Code Section IX and are members of the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau. Mann's quality control procedures assure compliance with specifications. Our shop is equipped with four positioning tables, jib cranes, plasma torch/pipe beveling machine, stick and wire welding machines, submerged arc welding machines for large bore pipe, iron working machine, band saws, drills and all other support equipment to make our shop very cost efficient and time saving, which helps the Owners' cost and schedule. We use the latest version of AutoCad to produce our shop drawings for fabrication and field installation. By using computer generated drawings, it helps us to coordinate between trades to ensure a good project with better detail and quality due to fewer contractor conflicts. We control our tool inventory by computer using the tool tracking program by Windows. This enables us to track tools and verify the location and date of purchase, which helps us determine their condition. Being able to keep up with tools keeps us from replacing them because of loss and helps keep the job cost down. We are able to expedite sending our tools, material and equipment to the jobsites with our crew of drivers and warehouse personnel by means of three quarter ton pick-ups, ton and a half lift gate truck, tilt bed trucks, dump trucks, boom trucks and an eighteen wheel Peterbilt truck. We also have a fleet of forklifts, which helps receive material and equipment at jobsites to help reduce injuries and minimize our labor requirements.
