This is the second Lucky Draw Tattoo location. Award-winning artist and owner Phillip Duke tattoos here, by appointment only. The main tattoo museum and gallery is also set up here. This studio also has one of the best piercers in the state on staff. Although there are hundreds of tattoo designs on the wall, the artists prefer you bring your own art or ideas, and they will bring it to life for you.
