Liberty currently manages over 100 Homeowner Associations representing nearly 15,000 homeowners in and around the Metro Atlanta area. The development of Liberty Community Management's website with its unique software and feature rich community website portals was to make available a wealth of information not normally available to the homeowner, while also providing personal management services to every resident. We realize that most homeowners are unable to attend meetings and stay in touch concerning the business affairs of the community. By providing an easy, interactive website and information portal we insure all homeowners have the information they need concerning their community and its business affairs. We provide all of the traditional management services such as customer service personnel, property oversight, legal, accounting, collections, and regular drive thrus to enforce covenant requirements; but it is combined with many unique features provided by means of the internet.

Liberty is a full disclosure management company. Our community members have access to 7 financial reports each month, as well as a wealth of community documents, historical records and information. Board members have direct access to all the records of the association 24 hours a day as well as real-time access to our management software. Community records and documents such as covenants, contracts, bids, insurance, invoices, checks, bank balances and much more are available online for viewing for all members 24/7. The board can choose to allow access to as much or as little information as they wish. Our community snapshot and community summary reports are updated monthly to provide each member information on where the money is and where it is spent.
