Kurt's Bistro is a Duluth based restaurant serving European inspired cuisine. Owner Eisele came to America in 1965 with his wife; they opened Kurt's Bistro in 1985. The menu highlights the many flavors of Europe including dishes with Italian, Swiss, French and German flair. The European bistro offers a seasonal selection of fresh seafood, pork, lamb, beef and veal dishes, which constantly rotate to take advantage of the highest quality, local produce available at any given time.
