Founder of Kettell One Fitness, Chloe Kettell, is a veteran trainer with over six years of personal training experience. She graduated from University of Maryland where her passion for studying the human anatomy and how it functions began. Chloe has worked for various corporate gyms including Lifetime Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness as well as an in-home training company Storm Fitness. During Chloe's time at these companies, she trained a diverse range of clients from business executives, high school athletes, stay-at-home moms, and rehabilitation patients. She started and successfully ran several group programs including weight loss groups, boot camps, and olympic lifting classes. Chloe's goal is to help clients live a longer, happier, and pain free life. Chloe's passion for physical fitness, exquisite attention to detail, and spunky, no-nonsense attitude provides clients with exceptional results.

Kettell One Fitness is a fitness studio that focuses on Semi-Private Personal Training Classes, Weight Loss Coaching, and Nutrition. The classes are small so you get a lot of coaching and direction. You will always be noticed and you will always know what you are supposed to be doing. You won't get lost in the crowd here! We teach and practice holistic wellness where we consider how ALL the elements of our lives factor into our health. Exercise and nutrition programs are tailored for each client based on their needs, in order to reach their goals most effectively and efficiently. We teach people how to move their bodies correctly and efficiently by focusing on balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, mobility, reaction time, and cardiovascular health! We want to create strong, stable function bodies that perform to their fullest potential! So that we can use our bodies to do the things we LOVE... like running, hiking, and just pain free living.
