JCT Kitchen and Bar specializes in Southern-style American food with a modern twist. French techniques are also used to prepare many of the signature dishes. The JCT Fried Chicken, served with macaroni and cheese and green beans, is one of the most popular dishes. The restaurant maintains a diverse atmosphere by having a main dinning room downstairs with a separate bar area upstairs. It has both outside seating and full service. Upstairs has a spacious outside lounge area with couches as well as regular tables. The JCT Bar specializes in signature cocktails like the JCTea, made with ice-tea infused gin, Grand Marnier, lemon, and orange bitters. The bar has live music in the evening Thursday through Saturday.
