The Journey Church is led by Senior Pastor Allen Taylor, a 2004 graduate from the Covenant Life Seminary with a Bachelor of Pastoral Ministry. In addition to Sunday service, the church features a coffee bar, nursery, breakfast club for middle school children and other childcare services. It has ministries in prayer and small group services.
