Chef Patrick Hoctor has been cooking for 22 years. He is a 2005 graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston. He has worked at the Charleston Place Hotel and at Canyon Ranch of Lenox, Ma. Chef Patrick has over 8 years of Fine Dinning.

We specialize in intimate and romantic meals such as engagements, anniversaries, and birthday dinners. We handle all of the details right down to the centerpiece. We also offer private cooking lessons and demonstrations.
